زمینه و هدف: تعهد زناشویی نیرومندترین و پایدارترین عامل پیش بینی کننده کیفیت و پایداری زندگی زناشویی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش شکفتگی، شفقت به خود و راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان در پیش بینی تعهد زناشوئی پرستاران بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) کرمانشاه در سال 1400 بودند که از بین آنها تعداد 210 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و پرسشنامه های تعهد زناشوئی آدامز و جونز (1997)، شکفتگی دینر و بیسواز دینر (2008)، شفقت به خود نف (2003)  و راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان گارنفسکی و همکاران (2002) را تکمیل نمودند. تحلیل داده­ ها با آزمون های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (همبستگی پیرسون، همبستگی متعارف و رگرسیون چندگانه) و با اســتفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-25 انجام شد.
یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل همبستگی متعارف نشان داد که بین متغیرهای تعهد زناشوئی با شکفتگی، شفقت به خود و راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان پرستاران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (001/ 0<p). همچنین، بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون، 28 درصد از واریانس متغیر تعهد زناشوئی به کمک متغیرهای شکفتگی، شفقت به خود و راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان، قابل پیش بینی است.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که شکفتگی، شفقت به خود و راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان در افزایش تعهد زناشوئی پرستاران نقش دارند. بنابراین می توان از طریق بهبود شکفتگی، شفقت به خود و آموزش راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان، تعهد زناشوئی را افزایش داد.
