زمینه و هدف: شهر تبریز قطب مراقبت تکاملی در ایران بوده و مراقبت خانواده محور در بخش های مراقبت ویژه نوزادان اجرا میشود. با وجود این اطلاعات دقیقی در مورد میزان مراقبت دریافتی مادران بر اساس اصول مراقبت خانواده محور در دسترس نیست. لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین درک مادران نوزادان نارس از میزان دریافت مراقبت خانواده محور در بخش مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی بود که بر روی 150 نفر از مادران نوزادان نارس بستری در بخش ویژه مراقبت نوزادان بیمارستان های شهر تبریز در سال 1400 انجام شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار درک والدین از مراقبت خانواده محور (PFCC-P) در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان انجام گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار آماری SPSS-21 و آزمون های آماری همبستگی پیرسون، کای دو و رگرسیون استفاده شد. سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که از میان ابعاد مراقبت خانواده محور، مادران بیشترین امتیاز را به بعد احترام و کمترین را به بعد حمایت دادند. همچنین میانگین امتیاز مادران به میزان دریافت مراقبت خانواده محور 0/19± 2/14 بود. در این مطالعه بین درک مادران از دریافت مراقبت خانواده محور و هیچکدام از ویژگی های دموگرافیکی آنها ارتباط معناداری دیده نشد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که با وجود سیاستگذاری در بخش های مراقبت ویژه نوزادان مبنی بر اجرای مراقبت های خانواده محور، مادران درک کاملی از دریافت این خدمات ندارند، لذا نیاز است تغییرات اساسی در امکانات مربوط به ساختارها، نیروی انسانی و سیاست های حاکم در بیمارستان ها اعمال گردد.
