زمینه و هدف: به دلیل وجود مشکلات و مسائل روانشناختی متعدد در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان و نیاز به مداخلات روان درمانی در این افراد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) بر طرحواره ظاهری و هیجان شرم/ احساس گناه در زنان متاهل مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان متاهل مبتلا به سرطان پستان شهر اردبیل (دامنه سنی 20 تا 45 سال) که تحت ماستکتومی تعدیل شده قرار گرفته و برای پیگیری در سال 1402 به مطب پزشکان مراجعه کردند، بود که از بین آنها تعداد 39 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (19 نفر) و کنترل (20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش، تحت 8 جلسه مداخله آموزشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد هیز و استروسال (2010) قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل مقیاس آمادگی شرم و گناه کوهن و همکاران (2011) و پرسشنامه طرحواره ظاهری کش و همکاران (2003) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره با بهره گیری از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS-22 صورت گرفت.
یافته ها: براساس یافته ها در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، بین هیجان شرم (64/13F=، 0/01<p )، احساس گناه (22/67F=، 0/01 <p ) و طرحواره ظاهری (77/14F=، 0/01 <p ) تفاوت معناداری به دست آمد؛ بدین معنا که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، موجب کاهش طرحواره ظاهری و هیجان شرم/ احساس گناه در گروه آزمایش شده است.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر طرحواره ظاهری و هیجان شرم/ احساس گناه در زنان متاهل مبتلا به سرطان پستان تأثیر دارد، لذا از این روش درمانی میتوان در کاهش مشکلات روانشناختی بیماران استفاده کرد.
