چکیده: (3589 مشاهده)
زمینه و هدف: پرستاران به عنوان اعضای اصلی تیم مراقبتی، درمانی در خط مقدم ارائه خدمات درمانی بوده و عملکرد آنان تا حد زیادی تعیین کننده کیفیت مراقبت های بهداشتی درمانی است. تنیدگی اخلاقی می تواند سبب پیامدهای جسمی و روانی متعددی در پرستاران شده و بر وظایف حرفه ای آنان تأثیر منفی بگذارد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه، تعیین میزان تنیدگی اخلاقی پرستاران بخش اورژانس بیمارستان های شهر اردبیل در سال 1395 بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی بر روی 175 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان های شهر اردبیل با استفاده از نمونه گیری سرشماری انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل فرم مشخصات جمعیـت شناسـی و پرسشنامه دیسترس اخلاقی پرستاران آتش زاده بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و فراوانی) و استنباطی (آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه) استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین تنیدگی اخلاقی پرستاران بخش اورژانس 0/89±1/87 بود که حاکی از تنیدگی اخلاقی متوسط می باشد. میانگین تنیدگی اخلاقی در حیطه عدم رعایت اصول اخلاقی (1/02±2/00) بالاتر از سایر حیطه ها بود. از میان متغیرهای مورد بررسی، بین سابقه خدمت، نوبت کاری و وضعیت استخدام با تنیدگی اخلاقی همبستگی مثبت معنی دار دیده شد (0/05<p).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به سطح تنیدگی اخلاقی متوسط در پرستاران شرکت کننده در این مطالعه، مدیران سازمان باید روش ها و تمهیدات لازم را در جهت شناسایی علایم و تشخیص عوامل موثر بر ایجاد تنیدگی اخلاقی در پرستاران اتخاذ نمایند.
