زمینه و هدف: توانایی کادر درمان در تعامل با یکدیگر به عنوان یک گروه واحد، موجب ارتقاء سلامت، کاهش خطا و نارضایتی ها و مراقبت بهینه میگردد. بنابراین توجه بیش از پیش به مساله تعامل پرستاران با مدیران در محیطهای درمانی، ضروری به نظر میرسد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین وضعیت تعامل پرستاران با مدیران و عوامل موثر بر آن در مراکز آموزشی- درمانی شهر اردبیل انجام شد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی است که با مشارکت 407 پرستار شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی اردبیل انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری، تصادفی طبقه ای بود. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه تعامل رهبر و کارکنان «لیدن و ماسلین» استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-22 و با کمک آمارهای توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، فراوانی) و استنباطی (کای اسکوئر) انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که اکثر پرستاران، تعامل خوبی با سرپرستار (82/1%)، سوپروایزر (59/2%) و مدیر خدمات پرستاری (54/5%) داشتند. بین تعامل پرستار- سرپرستار و پرستار- سوپروایزر با بیمارستان محل کار، ارتباط معنیداری دیده شد (به ترتیب 00/24=p و 0/009=p). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین تعامل پرستاران با مدیر خدمات پرستاری و جنسیت (0/022=p)، بیمارستان (0/027=p) و بخش محل کار (0/048=p)، ارتباط معنیداری وجود داشت.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاکی از تعامل خوب پرستاران با مدیران پرستاری به خصوص سرپرستاران بود. پرستاران مذکر و شاغل در بخش های دیالیز و بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) بیشترین درصد تعامل را با مدیران خدمات پرستاری داشتند. لذا توجه به حد و مرزهای جنسیتی و فراهم کردن محیط کاری مناسب جهت برقراری هرچه بیشتر تعامل پرستاران با مدیران توصیه می شود.
