زمینه و هدف: کیفیت مطلوب خدمات آموزشی و تربیت نیروی انسانی مسئولیت پذیر هر دو از وظایف نظام آموزشی کشور می باشد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ارتباط کیفیت خدمات آموزشی با مسئولیت پذیری از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی اردبیل انجام شد.
روش کار: پژوهش همبستگی حاضر در سال 1396 روی 329 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری مامایی اردبیل انجام گرفت. به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه سنجش کیفیت خدمات آموزشی سروکوال و پرسشنامه استاندارد مسئولیت پذیری استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی مستقل و آنوا تحت نرم افزار SPSS-15 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین سنی افراد مورد مطالعه 3/06±21 سال بود. اکثر دانشجویان زن (54/7%) بوده و در رشته پرستاری (32/5%) و سال دوم (35/8%) تحصیل می کردند. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره کیفیت خدمات آموزشی 0/25±3/07 و مسئولیت پذیری 0/05±3/97 محاسبه شد. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ارتباط معنی داری را بین نمره کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و مسئولیت پذیری نشان داد (0/001≥p، 0/013r=).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به وجود ارتباط مستقیم و معنی دار میان کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و مسئولیت پذیری، توجه به این دو مهم از طریق ارتقای کیفیت خدمات آموزشی دانشگاه و به بارآوردن دانشجویان مسئولیت پذیر، می تواند کارآیی دانشجویان را در محیط های بالینی افزایش دهد.
