زمینه و هدف: یکی از چالش برانگیزترین جنبه های مادر بودن، مدیریت هیجاناتی است که به هنگام مراقبت از کودکان خاص ایجاد می شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش دلبستگی به خدا و بلوغ عاطفی در پیش بینی خوددلسوزی مادران کودکان ناشنوا بود.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مادران دارای کودک ناشنوای 3 تا 10 ساله مراجعه کننده به مراکز توانبخشی زیر نظر اداره کل بهزیستی شهر اردبیـل بود که از بین آنها 60 مادر به شـــیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس های دلبستگی به خدا ، بلوغ عاطفی و خوددلسوزی بودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد و داده ها توسط نرم افزار spss تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دلبستگی به خدا (0/81=r، 0/001<p )، پناهگاه امن (0/43 =r،0/001(p<، ادراک مثبت از خدا (0/09 =r، 0/05<p ) و عدم ثبات عاطفی (0/38 -=r، 0/05<p ) با خوددلسوزی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد، دلبستگی به خدا 81 درصد از واریانس خوددلسوزی مادران کودکان ناشنوا را پیش بینی میکند.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل می توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که دلبستگی به خدا و ثبات عاطفی از متغیرهای مهم در زمینه سلامت روان مادران دارای کودک ناشنوا است لذا بایستی آموزش های لازم در زمینه ایجاد دلبستگی ایمن به خدا و داشتن ثبات عاطفی به والدین دارای کودکان ناشنوا ارائه شود.
