زمینه و هدف: ایمنی بیمار یکی از مهمترین اجزای کیفیت مراقبت است. خودکارآمدی پرستاران عاملی موثر بر کیفیت مراقبتکردن و انتظارات شغلی موثر بر رفتار و نگرش شغلی معرفی شده اند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط خودکارآمدی و انتظارات شغلی پرستاران با فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار انجام گردید.
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی است. 210 نفر از پرستاران در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد طبق فرمول کوکران به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار، خودکارآمدی شرر و انتظارت شغلی جمع آوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با آزمونهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (همبستگی و رگرسیون با نرم افزار SPSS-16 انجام گردید.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد بین میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار با خودکارآمدی و انتظارات شغلی پرستاران ارتباط معنیدار وجود داشت (0/001<p). بین میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار و خودکارآمدی پرستاران (0/577r= و 0/001<p) و میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار و انتظارات شغلی پرستاران، همبستگی مثبت معنیداری دیده شد (0/585r= و 0/001<p). همچنین بین میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی و انتظارات شغلی پرستاران ارتباط مثبت و معنیدار وجود داشت (0/925r= و 0/001<p).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می‌توان بیان کرد که انتظارات شغلی و خودکارآمدی پرستاران با فرهنگ ایمنی ارتباط مستقیم و مثبت دارند. بنابراین مدیران بیمارستان با ارتقای حس خودکارآمدی پرستاران به عنوان یک عامل شناختی و توجه به انتظارات شغلی آنان به عنوان یک مفهوم انگیزشی به افزایش فرهنگ ایمنی پرستاران و ایجاد یک بیمارستان امنتر برای بیماران کمک خواهند نمود.
