زمینه و هدف: آموزش بر پایه حل مساله به عنوان یک شیوه آموزشی نسبتاً جدید، جایگاه والایی در سطوح بالای آموزشی پیدا کرده است. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش به روش یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله بر مهارت‫ های ارتباطی دانشجویان پرستاری طراحی گردید.
روش کار: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی تعداد 78 نفر از دانشجویان سال چهارم پرستاری انتخاب و در دو گروه مداخله (43 نفر) و کنترل (35 نفر) قرار گرفتند. در گروه مداخله، محتوی آموزشی به روش یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله در 8 جلسه 60-45 دقیقه ای برای دانشجویان ارائه شد و یک ماه بعد، پس آزمون انجام گرفت. داده ها با فرم اطلاعات جمعیت‫ شناختی و پرسشنامه مهارت‫ های ارتباط کلامی و غیرکلامی جمع آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-16 و آزمون‫ های آماری کای دو، تی مستقل و تی زوجی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین نمره مهارت‫ های ارتباطی کلامی قبل و بعد از مداخله در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله اختلاف معناداری داشت (0/05>p). آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که تفاضل میانگین نمرات مهارت های ارتباطی کلامی در دو گروه، تفاوت آماری معناداری داشت (0/002=p). همچنین میانگین نمره مهارت های ارتباطی غیرکلامی قبل و بعد از مداخله در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله، اختلاف معناداری با هم داشتند (0/05>p) که آزمون تی مستقل، تفاضل میانگین نمرات مهارت‫ های ارتباطی غیرکلامی را بین دو گروه، معنی دار نشان داد (0/004=p).
نتیجه گیری: اجرای روش آموزش به شیوه یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله روی مهارتهای ارتباطی کلامی و غیرکلامی دانشجویان موثر بوده است. لذا توصیه می شود با به کارگیری روش های موثر در آموزش پرستاری از جمله آموزش به شیوه یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله، مهارتهای ارتباطی در دانشجویان پرورش داده شود، تا دانشجویان بتوانند در بالین موثرتر عمل کرده و بهتر تصمیم بگیرند.
