زمینه و هدف: با ورود بیماری کووید-19 و تاثیرات آن، آموزش به سمت آموزش غیر­حضوری و مجازی حرکت کرد. درک رضایت دانشجویان نسبت به آموزش مجازی، به برنامه ­ریزان آموزشی کمک می­کند تا به آموزش مجازی موثرتری دست یابند. از سویی عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان یکی از ملاک ­های کارآیی نظام آموزشی بوده و کاهش آن باعث اتلاف زمان، هزینه و منابع مراکز آموزشی می­شود. لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان پرستاری از برگزاری برنامه­ های آموزش مجازی در پاندمی کووید-١٩ و ارتباط آن با عملکرد تحصیلی آنان بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه انجام شد. تعداد 223 دانشجوی پرستاری ترم های 2 تا 7 از طریق سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. داده ­ها با استفاده از فرم مشخصات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه های رضایت و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان جمع­ آوری گردید. داده ­های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. برای توصیف داده­ ها از آمارهای توصیفی (فراوانی مطلق، میانگین، انحراف معیار و درصد توزیع فراوانی) و تحلیلی (کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، ضریب همبستگی فی و کرامر، رگرسیون خطی و من­- ویتنی) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین میزان رضایتمندی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان به ترتیب 16/21±149/65و 22/94±74/35بود. همچنین رضایتمندی اکثر دانشجویان (73/1%) در حد متوسط و عملکرد تحصیلی آنها (64/6%)، بسیار خوب ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که رضایتمندی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان رابطه مثبت معنا­داری داشته (0/05<p و 0/193r=) و پیش‫ بینی‫ کننده آن بود (001/ 0=p).
نتیجه گیری: دانشجویان پرستاری رضایتمندی متوسط و عملکرد تحصیلی بسیار خوبی در آموزش مجازی داشتند و رضایت دانشجویان، پیش بینی کننده مثبت و معنادار عملکرد تحصیلی آنان بود. لذا، به مسئولین دانشگاهی پیشنهاد میشود با برنامه­ ریزی در راستای بهبود شرایط و رفع مشکلات موجود، عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان را از طریق کسب رضایت آنان افزایش دهند تا از آموزش مجازی در کنار آموزش حضوری و به صورت ترکیبی استفاده شود.
