زمینه و هدف: مداخلات مثبت­ نگر، رویکرد بالینی با استفاده از اصول روان شناسی مثبت است که به افراد کمک می­کند یک زندگی با کیفیت، لذت­بخش و با معنایی داشته باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی روانی مثبت نگر بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت شهرستان شهریار انجام پذیرفت.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات نیمه تجربی بر اساس طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهرستان شهریار در سال 1400 بود که از بین آنها 30 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. سپس اصول مهارت های روانی مثبت نگر در 8 جلسه 2 ساعته در مدت 2 ماه به شرکت­ کنندگان در گروه آزمایش ارائه شد، در حالی که گروه کنترل این آموزش­ ها را دریافت نکردند. هر دو گروه، یک بار پیش از مداخله و یک بار پس از مداخله، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی بهداشت جهانی (WHO-QOL-BREF) را تکمیل کردند. داده­ ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­ گیری مکرر و نرم­ افزار SPSS-28 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ­ها: میانگین نمرات گروه مداخله در مراحل پیش­ آزمون 42/33، پس ­آزمون 78/33 و پیگیری 77/87 به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد آموزش روانی مثبت­نگر بر مؤلفه های کیفیت زندگی شامل سلامت جسمانی، سلامت روانی، سلامت روابط اجتماعی و سلامت محیطی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت تاثیر معناداری داشت (­0/05< p).
نتیجه ­گیری: آموزش روانی مثبت نگر می ­تواند به بیماران دیابتی کمک کند که توانمندی های بالقوه خود را از طریق داشتن عواطف مثبت، اشراف و کنترل و هدف جویی بهبود بخشند و از این طریق کیفیت زندگی آنان در حیطه­ های سلامت جسمانی، روانی، روابط اجتماعی و محیطی افزایش یابد.
