زمینه و هدف: در دوره پس از زایمان و شیردهی، نحوه کارکرد و رضایت جنسی زنان، اغلب توسط پزشکان و مراقبین سلامت نادیده گرفته میشود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین وضعیت کارکرد و رضایت جنسی زنان شیرده اردبیل در سال 1398 بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه، یک پژوهش مقطعی توصیفی بود که روی 371 زن شیرده مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی شهر اردبیل در سال 1398 انجام گرفت. مراکز بهداشتی به روش خوشه ای- طبقه ای انتخاب و نمونه گیری به روش در دسترس از میان زنان واجد شرایط از 4 هفته تا 6 ماه بعد از زایمان انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه های کارکرد جنسی روزن و رضایت جنسی هادسون بود که توسط کارشناس بهداشت یا مامای آموزش دیده تکمیل شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-23 و آزمون های تی مستقل، کای اسکوئر و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: میانگین نمره کل کارکرد جنسی زنان مورد مطالعه، 3/99±21/73 بود. 355 نفر  (0/95/68) مشکوک به اختلال کارکرد جنسی بودند. حیطه درد کمترین (93/±1/87)و حیطه رضایتمندی، بیشترین (1/13± 4/99) نمره را در میان حیطه های کارکرد جنسی داشتند. همچنین میانگین نمره کل رضایت جنسی، 25/64±111/26 بود و 332 نفر (0/89/48) از زنان شیرده دارای رضایت جنسی بودند. بین کارکرد جنسی و رضایت جنسی زنان، همبستگی مستقیم و معناداری وجود داشت (0/613=r و0/001 P<). بین متغیرهای سن زن (0/022=p)، تحصیلات زن (0/006=p) و درآمد همسر (0/011=p) با کارکرد جنسی زنان و بین متغیرهای سن زن (0/...=p)، سن همسر (0/021=p)، درآمد همسر (0/000=p)، تعداد زایمان (0/011=p) و داشتن اتاق مستقل (0/027=p) با رضایت جنسی زنان شیرده، ارتباط آماری معناداری مشاهده شد.
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه، اکثر زنان شیرده مشکوک به اختلال کارکرد جنسی ولی در عین حال دارای رضایت جنسی بالا بودند. لذا توصیه میشود بعد جنسی در مراقبت از زنان شیرده بیشتر مورد توجه مراقبین بهداشتی و پزشکان قرار گیرد.
