زمینه و هدف: پرستاران همواره تنش‌ها و چالش‌های شغلی زیادی را متحمل می‌شوند که می‌تواند تاب‌آوری شغلی آنان را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. اما به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش و تجربیات جدید می‌تواند نقش موثری در تقویت توانایی تاب‌آوری آنان داشته باشد. در این راستا تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط تاب‌‌آوری شغلی با اشتراک دانش در پرستاران مراکز آموزشی درمانی تبریز انجام شد. 
روش کار: روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پرستاران مراکز آموزشی درمانی تبریز بودند که 351 نفر از آن‌ها به شیوۀ نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای مبتنی بر سهم برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه‌ های تاب‌آ‌وری شغلی و اشتراک دانش جمع‌آوری گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 و آزمون های تی، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد.  
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان تاب‌آوری شغلی پرستاران در یک مقیاس 100-0، برابر با 4/56 (انحراف معیار= 03/0) و میزان اشتراک دانش نیز برابر با 7/67 (انحراف معیار= 032/0) بود. طبق نتایج روابط دومتغیره، رابطه میان تاب‌آوری شغلی پرستاران با متغیرهای اشتراک دانش (402/0r=، 001/0p<) و ابعاد سه‌گانه آن شامل؛ اشتراک بهترین شیوه کار (353/0r=، 001/0p<)، اشتراک خطا و اشتباه (204/0r=، 001/0p<) و ترویج ایده (435/0r=، 001/0p<) و نیز متغیرهای سن (311/0r=، 001/0p<) و بیمارستان محل خدمت (تاب‌آوری شغلیِ پایینِ پرستاران بیمارستان‌های کروناپذیر در مقایسه با سایر بیمارستان‌ها) معنادار بود (001/0p<). نتایج مدل رگرسیونی نیز نشان داد که ابعاد سهگانه اشتراک دانش، سن و جنسیت (علی رغم عدم معناداری این متغیر در روابط دو متغیره) در مدل باقی ماندند (26/0R2= ) و میزان تبیین کنندگی ترویج ایده بیش از سایر متغیرها مشاهد شد (292/0=Beta).
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته ها اشتراک دانش و ابعاد آن تاثیر مثبتی بر تاب‌آوری پرستاران داشت. بنابراین، بیمارستان‌ها باید از طریق ارائه پاداش و تشویق پرستارانی که ایده‌ و تجربیات جدیدی ارائه می‌کنند، از آنان حمایت کنند. میزان تاب‌‌آوری پرستارانِ زن کمتر از مردان بود که لزوم توجه بیش از پیش به پرستاران زن را نشان می دهد.
