زمینه و هدف: رضایت زناشوئی و شادکامی از دغدغه‌هایی است که در زندگی زناشوئی کودک همسران قابل بررسی است. پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های زناشویی بر شادکامی و رضایت زناشوئی زنان کودک‌همسر انجام گرفت.
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع نیمه‌تجربی قبل و بعد با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، تمامی زنان کودک‌همسر مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره امید ترنم شهرستان شبستر در سال 1401 بودند که از بین آنها، تعداد 30 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. روایی محتوائی بسته آموزشی توسط اساتید راهنما و مشاور و 6 نفر از اساتید مشاور خانواده و روان شناس تایید شد. از ابزار پرسشنامه رضایت زناشوئی هودسن و پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد به عنوان پیش آزمون- پس آزمون در این پژوهش استفاده شد. سپس برنامه آموزشی طراحی شده در 8 جلسه یک ساعته در همان مرکز مشاوره اجرا گردید. در نهایت، داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و در نرم افزار SPSS-23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد آموزش مهارت های زناشوئی نظیر مهارت های تنظیم هیجان، تنظیم روابط عاطفی، مهارت‌های زندگی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی و رفتاری در افزایش رضایت زناشوئی و شادکامی زنان کودک همسر موثر بود (0/001<p).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های مطالعه، می‌توان با آموزش و توانمندسازی زنان کودک‌همسر، برخی از چالش های زندگی زناشوئی نظیر عدم رضایتمندی زناشوئی و عدم شادکامی آنان را در زندگی کاهش داد.
