چکیده
زمینه و هدف: وجود افکار خودکشی، یک پیش­بینی کننده قوی برای خودکشی موفق در آینده میباشد که با عوامل روانشناختی در ارتباط است. بر این اساس ارائه مداخلات درمانی/ آموزشی به موقع میتواند در خصوص کنترل عوامل روانشناختی و به تبع آن کاهش خودکشی موثر باشد. لذا، این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر خوددلسوزی بر سطوح خودانتقادی و نشخوار فکری مشترک در دانشجویان دارای افکار خودکشی انجام شد.
روش کار: اﻳﻦ مطالعه از ﻧﻮع نیمه تجربی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون- ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن با گروه کنترل نابرابر بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بودند که 40 نفر بعد از غربالگری به روش در دسترس انتخاب و به شیوه تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند (20 نفر آزمایش و 20 نفر کنترل). گروه آزمایش تحت 8 جلسه 75 دقیقه‏ای آموزش مبتنی بر خوددلسوزی قرار گرفت. در این مدت گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار باقی ماند. از مقیاس­های سطوح خودانتقادی و نشخوار فکری مشترک به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق نرم­افزار SPSS-24 در دو بخش توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره) انجام گرفت.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مبتنی بر خوددلسوزی به طور معناداری منجر به کاهش خودانتقادی و نشخوار فکری مشترک در دانشجویان دارای افکار خودکشی می­شود (0/05>p).
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به یافته های مطالعه، چنین به نظر می­رسد که آموزش مبتنی بر خوددلسوزی می­تواند به عنوان مداخله­ای مؤثر برای کاهش خودانتقادی و نشخوار فکری مشترک در دانشجویان دارای افکار خودکشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
