زمینه و هدف: ناسازگاری زناشویی با بیماری مزمن رابطه ای دو سویه دارد. با توجه به اهمیت سازگاری زناشویی در مبتلایان به بیماری های مزمن، بررسی عوامل مرتبط با سازگاری زناشویی حائز اهمیت است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط باور غیر منطقی و سازگاری زناشویی در زوجین مبتلا به بیماری مزمن شهر بوشهر انجام گردید.
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر، یک پژوهش مقطعی از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که در سال 1401 روی 92 زوج (184 نفر)، که یک یا هر دو نفر آنها به حداقل یکی از شایعترین بیماری های مزمن، مبتلا بوده و به مطبهای متخصصین داخلی و قلب، کلینیکهای تخصصی و مراکز جامع سلامت شهر بوشهر مراجعه نموده بودند، با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل فرم اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی، پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی گراهام بی‌اسپنیر و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه باورهای غیرمنطقی جونز بود. داده ها پس از جمع‌آوری با نرم‌افزار SPSS-20 و با استفاده از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی تک متغیره و چند متغیره سلسله مراتبی، تحلیل شد. سطح معنی داری در تمام موارد کمتر از 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: میانگین نمره کل باور غیرمنطقی زنان و همسرانشان به ترتیب 23/60 ±111/21 و 25/24±105/24 و نمره سازگاری زناشویی زوجین (متوسط نمره زنان و همسرانشان) 18/36±102/50 بود. 38 درصد زوج ها، ناسازگاری زناشویی داشتند. هیچ یک از حیطه های باور غیرمنطقی در زنان، با سازگاری زناشویی در ارتباط نبود. از بین حیطه‌های باور غیرمنطقی در مردان، حیطه درماندگی در برابر تغییر با سازگاری زناشویی ارتباط منفی و معنی‌دار داشت (0/05>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان دهنده تأثیر باورهای مردان بر سازگاری زناشویی زوجین بود. بنابراین لازم است متخصصین روانشناسی و مشاوران خانواده هنگام مشاوره دادن به زوجین با ناسازگاری زناشویی به ویژه مبتلایان به بیماری مزمن، عوامل مؤثر بر ناسازگاری از جمله باورهای غیرمنطقی مردان، به ویژه درماندگی در برابر تغییر را شناسایی نمایند تا بتوانند با مشاوره مناسب این گونه باورها را کاهش دهند.
