زمینه و هدف: جو حاکم بر محیط های بالینی از عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی بوده و بررسی جو آموزشی در ارتقای آموزش بالینی بسیار اهمیت دارد. بر همین اساس، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت جو آموزشی اتاق عمل مراکز آموزشی درمانی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سال 1402 انجام شد.
روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، کلیه رزیدنت ها (جراحی، ارتوپدی، زنان و بیهوشی) و دانشجویان رشته های اتاق عمل و هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل (170 نفر) که تجربه حداقل یک ترم حضور در اتاق عمل را داشتند، به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. جمع آوری داده ها توسط فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه استاندارد جو آموزشی اتاق عمل ایگور و همکاران (2022) انجام گرفت. داده ها پس از ورود به نرم افزار SPSS-26 با استفاده از شاخصهای مرکزی، پراکندگی و آزمونهای کای اسکوئر، تی تست و آنووا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: اکثر دانشجویان (98/7%)، وضعیت جو آموزشی اتاق عمل را در سطح متوسط ارزیابی کردند. همچنین، هیچ یک از حیطههای جو آموزشی، در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار نداشتند. امتیاز فرایندهای آموزشی و زیرساخت های اتاق عمل کمتر از مقدار ملاک بود  ( 0/05< p). بین جو آموزشی با جنسیت (0/003=p) و سن دانشجویان (0/001= p)، اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشت. همچنین، نمره دیدگاه دانشجویان رشته هوشبری نسبت به جو آموزشی اتاق عمل، پایین تر از سایر دانشجویان بود (0/001>p).
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، جو آموزشی اتاق عمل از نظر دانشجویان مورد مطالعه، در سطح متوسط بوده و فرایندهای آموزشی و زیرساخت های اتاق عمل، ضعیف گزارش شدند. مسئولان آموزشی می توانند ضمن برطرف کردن مشکلات موجود، در راستای بهبود جو آموزشی اتاق عمل و در نتیجه بهبود کیفیت آموزش بالینی اقدام نمایند.
