بزمینه و هدف: در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان که دارای فرزند هستند، با توجه به بار بیشمار بیماری، ممکن است نحوه ایفای نقش مادری تغییر یابد. هدف این مطالعه، تبیین فرایند ایفای نقش مادری در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود.
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد نظریه زمینه ای انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان دارای فرزند زیر 16 سال بودند که با استفاده از روش های نمونه گیری هدفمند و نظری وارد مطالعه شدند. گردآوری دادهها به وسیله مصاحبه عمیق غیرساختارمند با 23 مادر، 4 فرزند، 2 همسر و 2 مشارکت کننده از پرسنل درمانی طی اردیبهشت ماه 1397 تا دی ماه 1398در مرکز انکولوژی شهید قاضی طباطبایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز و موسسه خیریه ریحانه انجام گرفت. دادهها با روش اشتراوس کوربین (2008) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: تحلیل داده ها برای زمینه، چهار طبقه اصلی «محدودکننده های جسمانی نقش»، «بار روانی بیماری»، «پیامدهای فرزندی درک شده توسط مادر»، و «حمایت ها: بودن با و برای مادر» را شناسایی کرد. مادران از سه راهبرد اصلی شامل «آماده سازی خود»، «باز سازماندهی نقشها» و «بازسازی خود و خانواده» برای دستیابی به پیامد «ثبات نقش مادری باز تعریف شده» استفاده میکردند. طبقه مرکزی مطالعه تحت عنوان «الگوی مشارکتی نظارتی» در ایفای نقش مادری نامگذاری شد. مادران توانستند با قالب بندی الگوی مشارکتی نظارتی، نقش مادری خود را به عنوان مادری عادی جدید، تداوم بخشند.
نتیجه گیری: مادران توانستند با به کارگیری الگوی مشارکتی نظارتی و به کمک جایگزین های نقش و رهایی تدریجی از وابستگی به دیگران، توانایی پاسخ به انتظارات نقش مادری از خود را افزایش دهند. لذا، شناسایی این الگو و راهبردهای به کار رفته می تواند به متخصصین مراقبت سلامت کمک کند تا با حمایت و ارائه مشاوره و آموزش به این مادران و خانواده ها، آنان را در ایفای نقش مادری یاری نمایند.
