زمینه و هدف: تهدید زندگی و مواجهه با مرگ در افراد مبتلا به کووید-19 سبب شده است که پس از بهبودی کامل و حتی با گذشت چندین سال، همچنان آسیب های روانی و هیجانی را تجربه کنند. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی اضطراب مرگ بر اساس هیجان ابراز شده، عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و اجتناب تجربی در بهبودیافتگان از بیماری کووید-19 انجام شد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بود. کلیه افراد بهبود یافته از بیماری کووید-19 با سابقه بستری در شهر خرم آباد در نیمه دوم سال 1402، جامعه آماری این پژوهش بودند. از بین آنها، تعداد 190 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب و به پرسشنامه‌‌های اضطراب مرگ تمپلر، هیجان ابراز شده کول و کازاریان، عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی فریستون و همکاران و اجتناب تجربی بوند و همکاران پاسخ دادند. داده‌‌های بدست آمده با روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه گام ‌‌به ‌‌گام در نرم افزار SPSS-24 تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که هیجان ابراز شده در جهت منفی و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و اجتناب تجربی در جهت مثبت، اضطراب مرگ بهبود یافتگان از بیماری کووید-19 با سابقه بستری را پیش بینی می کنند ( 0/001p).
نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش بر نقش عوامل هیجانی و تفکرات ناکارآمد همچون عدم تحمل ابهام و اجتناب تجربی در ایجاد اضطراب مرگ بهبود یافتگان از بیماری کووید-19 با سابقه بستری تأکید دارد. لذا، پیشنهاد می شود که روان‌‌شناسان، مشاوران و روان پزشکان از فنونی که موجب به ‌‌کارگیری راهبردهای سازگارانه بروز هیجانات و شناخت های کارآمد می‌‌شوند، در درمان اضطراب مرگ این افراد استفاده کنند.
