زمینه و هدف: خشونت در محیط یادگیری بالینی، یک خطر شغلی قابل توجه در زمینه‌های آموزشی است. مدیریت مؤثر خشونت در محیط‌های آموزش بالینی بسیار حیاتی است، زیرا نه تنها امنیت و رفاه دانشجویان را تضمین می‌کند، بلکه اعتماد به نفس و شایستگی آن‌ها را در مواجهه با موقعیت‌های دشوار تقویت کرده و به تعهد حرفه ای آن‌ها کمک می‌نماید. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین شایستگی مدیریت خشونت محیط یادگیری بالینی در دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی شهر اردبیل در سال 1403 انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در سال 1403 روی 420 دانشجوی شاغل به تحصیل در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی شهر اردبیل شامل رشته های پرستاری، مامایی، اتاق عمل و فوریت های پزشکی انجام شد. نمونه ها به روش تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شـدند. داده ها با پرسشنامه شایستگی مدیریت خشونت محیط یادگیری بالینی دونگیان لو و همکاران (2020) گردآوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS-26 با استفاده از آزمون تی، آنووا و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون صورت گرفت و سطح معنی داری آزمـون هـا، کمتر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: تعداد 223 نفر (58/1%) از دانشجویان شرکت کننده در این مطالعه، دانشجوی رشته پرستاری، 64 نفر (16/7%) رشته اتاق عمل، 49 نفر (12/8%) رشته فوریت های پزشکی و 48 نفر (12/5%)، دانشجوی رشته مامایی بودند. میانگین سن شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه 22/61 سال بود. بیشتر دانشجویان (94/5%)، شایستگی مدیریت خشونت محیط یادگیری بالینی خود را در حد متوسط گزارش کردند. بین سن، سابقه استعمال دخانیات، سابقه خشونت رفتاری، نگرانی از خشونت محیط یادگیری، نیاز به برنامه آموزشی در زمینه خشونت، ترم و مقطع تحصیلی با شایستگی مدیریت خشونت محیط بالینی، ارتباط معنی دار آماری دیده شد (0/05>p).
نتیجه گیری: شایستگی مدیریت خشونت محیط یادگیری بالینی دانشجویان مورد مطالعه در حد متوسط بود. همچنین شایستگی مدیریت خشونت محیط یادگیری بالینی با افزایش سن، افزایش می یافت. توصیه می شود آموزش کافی در خصوص علایم خشونت و روش‌های پیشگیری از آن، به دانشجویان ارائه شود تا در مواقع مواجهه با آن بتوانند آسیب کمتری ببینند.
