زمینه و هدف: طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه دانشجویان با درنظر گرفتن فشارهای تحصیلی و انتظارات خانواده و جامعه با تاکید بر نقش میانجی خودانتقادی بر شدت علائم اختلال شخصیت وسواسی جبری در آنها، تاثیرگذار است. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین نقش میانجی خودانتقادی در ارتباط بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و شدت علائم اختلال شخصیت وسواسی‌جبری انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود که با مشارکت 220 نفر از دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1404 انجام گرفت. نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و پرسشنامه‌های شخصیت وسواسی‌جبری مارتوکویچ (2004)، طرحواره‌‌های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ (1998) و مقیاس سطوح خودانتقادی تامپسون و زوروف (2004) را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل داده‌ها، به روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS-26 و AMOS-24 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین حیطه های بریدگی و طرد (0/011 <، 0/211β=)، گوش بزنگی ‌بیش‌از‌حد و بازداری (0/001<، 0/355β=) و محدودیت‌های مختل (0/012=p، 0/212β=) با شدت علائم اختلال شخصیت وسواسی جبری، رابطه مثبت و معنادار و خودگردانی و عملکرد مختل (0/402=p، 0/098β=) و دیگر‌جهت‌مندی (0/0303=p، 0/101β=) رابطه معناداری با شدت علائم اختلال نداشتند. همچنین، حیطه های دیگرجهت­مندی (0/001<p، 0/0868β=)، گوش بزنگی ‌بیش‌از‌حد و بازداری (0/001<p، 0/0756β=) و محدودیت­های مختل (0/001<p، 0/0784β=) از طریق خودانتقادی درونی و حیطه های بریدگی و طرد (0/001<p، 0/1155β=)، خودگردانی و عملکرد مختل (0/030=p، 0/042β=) و دیگر‌جهت­مندی (0/041=p، 0/0378β=) از طریق خودانتقادی مقایسه­ ای، بر شدت علائم اختلال شخصیت وسواسی جبری تاثیر داشتند.
نتیجه گیری: با‌توجه به یافته های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه با میانجی‌گری خود‌انتقادی بر شدت علائم اختلال وسواسی‌جبری تاثیر دارند. پیشنهاد می‌گردد در طراحی برنامه‌های روان‌شناختی و آموزشی برای افراد دارای علائم اختلال شخصیت وسواسی‌جبری، به نقش طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و گرایش به خودانتقادی توجه شود.
