زمینه و هدف: ایمنی بیمار یک چالش جهانی است که نیاز به دانش و مهارت در زمینه های مختلف از جمله عوامل انسانی و مهندسی سیستم دارد. رعایت ایمنی در هنگام تحویل بیمار از آمبولانس به اورژانس بیمارستان ها، یکی از مهمترین وظایف و رسالت های نظام سلامت است. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه وضعیت کیفیت تحویل بیمار از آمبولانس به بخش اورژانس از دیدگاه پرستاران اورژانس مراکز آموزشی درمانی و پرسنل فوریت های پزشکی شهر اردبیل در سال 1402 انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی روی پرستاران بخش های اورژانس مراکز آموزشی- درمانی (220 نفر) و کارکنان فوریت های پزشکی شهر اردبیل (92 نفر) بصورت نمونه گیری سرشماری در سال 1402 انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه کیفیت تحویل بیمار از آمبولانس به بخش اورژانس گالینگ و همکاران، جمع آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-26 و آمار توصیفی، تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که کیفیت تحویل بیمار در پرستاران اورژانس و پرسنل فوریت های پزشکی در حد متوسط بود. میانگین نمره کیفیت تحویل بیمار از آمبولانس به بخش اورژانس بیمارستانی در پرستاران اورژانس (14/3± 83/78) بطور معناداری بیشتر از کارکنان فوریت های پزشکی (12/37±01/80) بود (0/02>p). بین کیفیت تحویل بیمار با وضعیت تاهل، وضعیت استخدامی، سابقه گذراندن کارگاه تحویل بیمار و سابقه کار در پرستاران اورژانس و سن، سابقه کار و وضعیت استخدامی در پرسنل فوریت های پزشکی، ارتباط آماری معنی داری دید شد (0/05> p).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه کیفیت تحویل بیمار در پرستاران اورژانس و فوریت های پزشکی در حد متوسط گزارش شده است، بنابراین توصیه میشود تصمیم سـازان و تصمیم گیران حوزه سلامت، اقدامات موثری را در جهت حفظ و ارتقای وضعیت موجود انجام دهند.
