زمینه و هدف: سرطان پستان یکی از شایعترین انواع سرطان در بین زنان است که علاوه بر سلامت جسمانی، بر سلامت روانشناختی و رابطه زناشویی زنان و همسرانشان تأثیر منفی می گذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی زوجدرمانی هیجانمدار و زوجدرمانی متمرکز بر شفقت بر صمیمیت عاطفی و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین دارای همسر مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان و همسران آنها بود که در بازه زمانی پنج ماهه از اردیبهشت تا پایان شهریور 1403 به بیمارستان الزهرای تبریز مراجعه کرده بودند. در مجموع، 24 زوج با رعایت ملاکهای ورود بهمطالعه و با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی بلوکی به سه گروه تقسیم شدند (هر گروه 8 زوج). اعضای گروه زوجدرمانی هیجانمدار و زوجدرمانی متمرکز بر شفقت، مداخله مختص خود را بهترتیب در 10 و 8 جلسه 1/5 ساعته دریافت کردند، اما گروه کنترل، درمان خاصی دریافت نکرد. هر سه گروه، پیش، پس و 4 ماه پس از مداخله به پرسشنامههای صمیمیت در روابط شفر و اولسون (1981) و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی ژانگ و همکاران (2013) پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-26 و آزمونهای تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و تست تعقیبی بونفرونی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج، بین نمرات صمیمیت عاطفی و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زنان و مردان گروه های مداخله و کنترل در پسآزمون تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت. نتایج نشان داد که زوجدرمانی هیجانمدار و زوجدرمانی متمرکز بر شفقت در مقایسه با گروه کنترل منجر به افزایش صمیمیت عاطفی (0/001> p) و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی (0/001> p) زوجین دارای همسر مبتلا به سرطان پستان شدهاند. همچنین، در مرحله پیگیری، تأثیر زوجدرمانی هیجانمدار و زوجدرمانی متمرکز بر شفقت بر صمیمیت عاطفی و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی ماندگار بود (0/001> p).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که هر دو روش زوجدرمانی هیجانمدار و زوجدرمانی متمرکز بر شفقت موجب افزایش صمیمیت عاطفی و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین دارای همسر مبتلا به سرطان پستان شدهاند. بنابراین به متخصصان سلامت روان توصیه میشود از این دو رویکرد درمانی در بهبود وضعیت زناشویی زوجین دارای همسر مبتلا به سرطان پستان استفاده کنند.

یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج، بین نمرات صمیمیت عاطفی و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زنان و مردان گروه های مداخله و کنترل در پسآزمون تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت. نتایج نشان داد که زوجدرمانی هیجانمدار و زوجدرمانی متمرکز بر شفقت در مقایسه با گروه کنترل منجر به افزایش صمیمیت عاطفی (0/001> p) و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی (0/001> p) زوجین دارای همسر مبتلا به سرطان پستان شدهاند. همچنین، در مرحله پیگیری، تأثیر زوجدرمانی هیجانمدار و زوجدرمانی متمرکز بر شفقت بر صمیمیت عاطفی و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی ماندگار بود (0/001> p).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که هر دو روش زوجدرمانی هیجانمدار و زوجدرمانی متمرکز بر شفقت موجب افزایش صمیمیت عاطفی و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین دارای همسر مبتلا به سرطان پستان شدهاند. بنابراین به متخصصان سلامت روان توصیه میشود از این دو رویکرد درمانی در بهبود وضعیت زناشویی زوجین دارای همسر مبتلا به سرطان پستان استفاده کنند.
