زمینه و هدف: شناخت عوامل جسمی و روانشناختی موثر بر موفقیت درمان ناباروری با روش لقاح آزمایشگاهی (IVF) از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین نقش انگ ناباروری، حمایت اجتماعی درک شده و ذهن‌آگاهی در موفقیت روش درمان IVF در زنان نابارور بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که روی 259 نفر از زنان نابارور مراجعه کننده به مرکز ناباروری رویان شهر تهران که در سال 1402 برای درمان ناباروری از روش IVF استفاده کرده بودند، انجام گرفت. نمونه ها به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. همه شرکت‌کنندگان در مرحله انتقال جنین، مقیاس انگ ناباروری فو و همکاران (2014)، پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده چندبعدی زیمت و همکاران (1980) و پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی فرایبورگ (2006) را تکمیل کردند و سپس نتیجه حاملگی کلینیکال آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌ها در نرم افزار SPSS-26با استفاده از روش رگرسیون لجستیک تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک نشان داد که انگ ناباروری (73/7%)، حمایت اجتماعی اداراک شده (75/7%) و ذهن‌آگاهی (86/9%)، قادر به پیش‌بینی موفقیت درمان IVF بودند. بر اساس یافته ها، نقش متغیر ذهن‌آگاهی در موفقیت روش درمان IVF بیش از دو متغیر دیگر بود.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش اهمیت توجه به متغیرهای روانشناختی را در موفقیت درمان IVF برجسته می‌سازد. بر همین اساس پیشنهاد می‌شود متخصصان حوزه درمان ناباروری برای بهبود میزان موفقیت درمان IVF، مداخلات آموزشی و درمانی مناسب را برای زنان نابارور و خانواده آنها با تاکید بر اهمیت انگ، حمایت اجتماعی و ذهن‌آگاهی به کار گیرند.
