زمینه و هدف: افراد مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) با مشکلات متعدد اجتماعی و روانشناختی روبرو هستند که سبب کاهش امید به زندگی در آنها میشود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش استحکام من و سبک دلبستگی به خدا در پیشبینی امید به زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به MS انجام گرفت.
روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل بیماران عضو انجمن MS استان مازندران در سال 1403 بود که تعداد 305 نفر از آنها به شیوه در دسترس، انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامههای امید به زندگی اشنایدر و همکاران (1991)، سبکدلبستگی به خدا روات و کرک پاتریک (2002) و استحکام من بشارت (1386) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از طریق نرم افزار SPSS-26 با استفاده از آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گامبهگام انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بین متغیرهای استحکام من و دلبستگی به خدا با امید به زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به ام اس، همبستگی مثبت معنیداری وجود داشت. همچنین استحکام روانی با ضریب اثر 0/652، بیشترین سهم را در پیشبینی امید به زندگی داشت.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان دهنده نقش معنادار استحکام من و سبک دلبستگی به خدا در پیش بینی امید به زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به ام اس بود. لذا، به کلیه رواندرمانگران توصیه میشود جهت بهبود افزایش امید به زندگی و به تبع آن کیفیت زندگی در این بیماران به نقش ویژگیهای روانشناختی به ویژه استحکام من و سبکدلبستگی به خدا توجه کنند.
