چکیده: (222 مشاهده)
زمینه و هدف: پرستاران به عنوان یکی از اقشار آسیب پذیر و مراقبان خط مقدم در برابر پاندمیهای ویروسی محسوب میشوند که معمولاً مورد غفلت قرار می گیرند. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین راهبردهای مقابله با اضطراب پاندمی کووید-19 در پرستاران اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی شهر اردبیل صورت گرفت.
روش کار: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی توصیفی به روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی انجام شد. در این مطالعه 12 پرستار شاغل در خط مقدم مبارزه با کووید-19 در مرکز فوریت های پزشکی شهر اردبیل به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبههای عمیق نیمهساختارمند جمعآوری شد و سپس با استفاده از رویکرد گرانهایم و لاندمن مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: تحلیل داده های حاصل از تجارب مشارکت کنندگان منجر به شناسایی هشت مضمون اصلی گردید که شامل توجه و تبعیت از پروتکل های بهداشتی، همبستگی و برخورداری از حمایت همه جانبه، درک و مسئولیت پذیری حرفه ای و شغلی، تقویت حس سازگاری با بیماری، تقویت سیستم ایمنی، تقویت حس معنوی، مدیریت احساسات- هیجانات و تکنیک های آرام سازی بود.
نتیجه گیری: بررسی نتایج حاصل از مطالعه نشان داد که پرستاران اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی از روش های متنوعی از قبیل خودکنترلی، مثبت اندیشی، تکیه بر معنویات و دریافت حمایت از خانواده، همکاران و کارشناسان در مدیریت اضطراب ناشی از پاندمی کووید-19 استفاده می کنند. لذا، لازم است ضمن تقویت و شکل دهی مکانیسم های سازگاری موجود، اقدامات موثری برای مراقبت از خود و کنترل اضطراب در شرایط بحرانی نظیر بیماری کووید-19 انجام شود.

نتیجه گیری: بررسی نتایج حاصل از مطالعه نشان داد که پرستاران اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی از روش های متنوعی از قبیل خودکنترلی، مثبت اندیشی، تکیه بر معنویات و دریافت حمایت از خانواده، همکاران و کارشناسان در مدیریت اضطراب ناشی از پاندمی کووید-19 استفاده می کنند. لذا، لازم است ضمن تقویت و شکل دهی مکانیسم های سازگاری موجود، اقدامات موثری برای مراقبت از خود و کنترل اضطراب در شرایط بحرانی نظیر بیماری کووید-19 انجام شود.
