زمینه و هدف: بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، یک اختلال شایع سیستم عصبی مرکزی است که منجر به مشکلات شناختی، حرکتی و حسی شده و چالش های فراوانی را برای سلامت فیزیکی و روانی به دنبال دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی و پذیرش بیماری با رضایت از زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس عضو انجمن ام اس شهر همدان بودند که از این بین 300 نفر با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های سرمایه روانشناختی (امید به زندگی، تاب آوری، خودکارآمدی و جهت گیری زندگی)، مقیاس پذیرش بیماری های مزمن استویف برگن و پرسشنامه رضایت از زندگی داینر بود. جهت تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون گامبهگام با استفاده از SPSS-22 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که 192 نفر (64%) از شرکت کنندگان زن و 108 نفر (36%) مرد بودند. میانگین سنی آنها 9/02±34/72 و مدت زمان ابتلا به بیماری 4/25±5/98 سال بود. بین سرمایه روانشناختی با رضایت از زندگی (0/001<p) و پذیرش بیماری با رضایت از زندگی (0/001<p) در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، رابطه مثبت معناداری دیده شد.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش هریک از مولفههای سرمایه روانشناختی و پذیرش بیماری، میزان رضایت از زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به ام اس افزایش می یابد لذا میتوان با آموزش مولفههای سرمایه روانشناختی و پذیرش بیماری، رضایت از زندگی را در بیماران مبتلا به ام اس، افزایش داد و به آنها جهت مقابله بهتر با بیماری کمک کرد.
