زمینه و هدف: رضایت زنان از لیبر و زایمان، شاخص مهمی جهت ارزیابی کیفیت مراقبتهای مامایی است، بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی و عوامل مرتبط با رضایت زنان از تجربه زایمان طبیعی صورت گرفت.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی بود که با مشارکت 126 زن بستری در بخش بعد از زایمان طبیعی انجام گرفت. نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای محققساخته و شامل 3 بخش عوامل انسانی، عوامل محیطی و اقدامات مرتبط با فرایند لیبر و زایمان بود. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-20 و آزمونهای همبستگی اسپیرمن، پیرسون و تی تست تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: میانگین نمره رضایتمندی مادران از تجربه زایمان طبیعی 6/53±59/03 و در حد متوسط بود. بیشترین میزان رضایتمندی از عوامل محیطی گزارش شد (2/78±68/00). رضایتمندی مادر از دسترسی به امکانات لیبر و دریافت اطلاعات کافی پیرامون مراحل لیبر و زایمان، تاثیرات یکسانی در رضایتمندی مادران از تجربه زایمان داشتند (0/001,p< 0/54=r). برخورد محترمانه پرسنل لیبر، مهمترین عامل در جلب رضایت مادران از تجربه زایمان بود (0/001p<,0/06r=).
نتیجه گیری: کیفیت روابط بین زنان و مراقبین از مهمترین عوامل مرتبط با میزان رضایتمندی زنان از زایمان طبیعی بود. پیشبرد مراقبت حین لیبر و زایمان به سوی مراقبت های مامایی زن محور و ایجاد روابط مناسب با زنان از موثرترین اقدامات جهت ارتقا کیفیت مراقبت های مامایی و بهبود رضایت زنان از زایمان طبیعی میباشد.
