زمینه و هدف: تغذیه لوله ای، روشی مناسب برای تغذیه بیماران بستری در بخشهای ویژه است که اجرای آن بر عهده پرستاران میباشد. بهبود عملکرد پرستاران در تغذیه لوله ای ضمن کاهش هزینههای بیمارستانی، نتایج بالینی بهتری نصیب بیماران مینماید. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین عملکرد پرستاران بخشهای ویژه بیمارستانهای شهر اردبیل در تغذیه لولهای بود.
روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، با پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی و چک لیست استاندارد تغذیه لوله ای، عملکرد 66 پرستار بخشهای ویژه بیمارستانهای شهر اردبیل در 3 شیفت صبح، عصر و شب مشاهده شد و در مجموع 198 مشاهده انجام گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS-24، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای یافتن تاثیر عوامل جمعیت شناختی بر عملکرد پرستاران از آزمون تی و تحلیل واریانس آنووای یکطرفه استفاده شد.
یافتهها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره کلی عملکرد پرستاران بخشهای ویژه بیمارستانهای شهر اردبیل در ارتباط با تغذیه لوله ای 6/9± 68/8 بود که نشان دهنده سطح عملکردی متوسط میباشد. طبق نتایج، عملکرد پرستاران در سه مرحله قبل، حین و بعد از تغذیه لوله ای اختلاف آماری معنی داری داشت (0/001≤p) به طوری که عملکرد پرستاران در مرحله قبل از تغذیه لوله ای، بهتر از مراحل دیگر بود. ارتباط آماری معنی داری بین متغیرهای فردی اجتماعی و عملکرد پرستاران در تغذیه لوله ای وجود نداشت.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین نمره عملکرد پرستاران در سطح متوسط بود. لذا اقدامات آموزشی در زمینه ارائه استانداردهای عملی و پیروی از پروتکلهای تغذیه لوله ای، ضروری به نظر میرسد
