زمینه و هدف: رضایت زناشویی از مهمترین عوامل موثر بر سلامت در زندگی است. پرستاران مهمترین عضو سیستم سلامت و مراقبت کشور هستند و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر سلامت آنان حائز اهمیت است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه دلبستگی به خدا، هوش اخلاقی و تمایزیافتگی خود با رضایت زناشویی در پرستاران انجام شد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر  یک مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی بود. نمونه‌ای به حجم 162 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستانهای اهواز در سال 1396 به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامههای دلبستگی به خدا، هوش اخلاقی، تمایزیافتگی خود و رضایت زناشویی بودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیری، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 21-SPSS استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دلبستگی به خدا (0/24r=)، هوش اخلاقی (0/38r=) و تمایزیافتگی خود (0/32r=) با رضایت زناشویی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار وجود داشت. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون برای پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس دلبستگی به خدا، هوش اخلاقی و تمایزیافتگی خود، معنی‌دار بود (0/05<p).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه، تقویت دلبستگی به خدا، هوش اخلاقی و تمایزیافتگی‌ خود پرستاران از طریق برگزاری کارگاه‌ها و کلاس‌های آموزشی برای افزایش رضایت زناشویی آنان، میتواند مفید باشد.
