زمینه و هدف: از جمله پیامدهای منفی بیماری کووید-19 در نوجوانان، ایجاد مشکلات آموزشی و اضطراب سلامت است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مداخله تنظیم هیجان مدل گراس بر سازگاری آموزشی و اضطراب سلامت نوجوانان دارای خانواده مبتلا به کووید-19 صورت گرفت.
روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و با گروه کنترل بود. از بین نوجوانان 13 تا 18 سال ساکن شهرستان نقده که در خانواده خود فرد مبتلا به کووید- 19 داشتند، 40 نفر (20 نفر گروه آزمایشی و 20 نفر گروه کنترل) به شیوه نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب و با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. برای گروه آزمایش، 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای جلسات تنظیم هیجان مبتنی بر مدل گراس برگزار شد. داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سازگاری آموزشی سینها و سینگ (1993) و پرسشنامه کوتاه اضطراب سلامت سالکوسکیس و همکاران (2002) جمع آوری و با آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره با استفاده از نرم افزار  SPSS-26تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: میانگین نمرات سازگاری آموزشی در مراحل قبل و بعد از مداخله در گروه آزمایش بـه ترتیـب 40/10 و 28/30 و در گروه کنترل به ترتیب 39/75 و 39/93 بود. همچنین میانگین نمرات اضطراب سلامت در مراحل قبل و بعد از مداخله در گروه آزمایش بـه ترتیـب 43/30 و 32/15 و در گروه کنترل به ترتیب 44/15 و 45/50 بود. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میانگین سازگاری آموزشی و اضطراب سلامت در گروه آزمایش، پس از مداخله تنظیم هیجان در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به طور معناداری کاهش پیدا کرده است (01/ 0<p).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که مداخله تنظیم هیجان فوق به طور معناداری سبب بهبود سازگاری آموزشی و کاهش اضطراب سلامت در افراد مورد مطالعه شده است، بنابراین استفاده از این مداخله برای نوجوانان دارای خانواده مبتلا به کووید-19پیشنهاد می­شود.
