زمینه و هدف: یکی از حوادث آسیب رسان و ناراحت کننده که در طول زندگی فرد میتواند رخ دهد، سوختگی است. مشکلات و عوارض سوختگی در اکثر مواقع تا آخر عمر باقی مانده و گریبانگیر فرد خواهد بود. بدشکلی های ناشی از سوختگی باعث اضطراب در بیماران سوختگی میگردد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش تاب آوری بر میزان اضطراب بیماران مبتلا به بدشکلی ناشی از سوختگی انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش ار نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و با گروه کنترل بود. بدین منظور از دیماه سال 1395 تا اردیبهشت ماه 1396 از بین مراجعه کنندگان به درمانگاه بیمارستان سوانح و سوختگی ولایت شهرستان رشت تعداد 60 نفر که دچار بدشکلی ناشی از سوختگی بودند با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (30 نفر) و کنترل (30 نفر) قرار گرفتند. بیماران برگه مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه های تاب آوری کونور و دیویدسون (CD-RIS) و اضطراب اشپیل برگر (STAI) را قبل و بلافاصله بعد از اتمام مداخله در هر دو گروه تکمیل کردند. در گروه آزمایش، بیماران در کنار دریافت مراقبت معمول پزشکی به مدت دو ماه طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای و هفته ای یک بار تحت آموزش تاب آوری قرار گرفتند. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS-23 و با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: میانگین نمرات تاب آوری و اضطراب پس از اجرای آموزش در گروه آزمون 7/02 ±80/23 و 4/23±25/40 و در گروه کنترل 11/58±63/66 و 4/73±48/50 محاسبه شد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندگانه نشان داد بین میانگین نمرات پس آزمون دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در تاب آوری (0/01˂p , 168/10=F) و اضطراب (0/01˂p , 6/908=F) تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: جلسات آموزش تاب آوری در کاهش علایم اضطراب بیماران مبتلا به بدشکلی ناشی از سوختگی مؤثر بوده و میتواند به عنوان یک روش درمانی در درمان اضطراب بیماران سوختگی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
