چکیده:   (158 مشاهده)
زمینه و هدف: ارتباط مؤثر، یکی از مهم­ترین جنبه‏های مراقبت پرستاری است که بدون آن، انجام بسیاری از وظایف پرستاران امکان پذیر نمیباشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، مقایسه دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران از وضعیت ارتباط پرستار با بیمار در بخش‏های اورژانس و داخلی مراکز آموزشی- درمانی شهر اردبیل بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی است که با مشارکت 108 پرستار و 390 بیمار در بخش های اورژانس و داخلی مراکز آموزشی- درمانی شهر اردبیل انجام شد. روش انتخاب نمونه­ها در مورد پرستاران، سرشماری و در مورد بیماران، نمونه گیری در دسترس بود. برای گردآوری داده ها از فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه تعامل پرستار- بیمار وکوویچ (2010) استفاده شد. داده ‏ها ‏با نرم‏افزار SPSS-22 و آزمون‏های ­تی مستقل، تی زوجی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمرات ارتباط پرستار با بیمار از دیدگاه بیماران، 0/93±3/96 و از دیدگاه پرستاران، 0/69±3/74 بود. بین میانگین نمرات ارتباط پرستار- بیمار از دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران، تفاوت معنی‏داری وجود داشت( 0/05> p). همچنین، ارتباط معنی داری بین مدرک تحصیلی بیماران (0/001> p) و جنسیت پرستاران (0/04=p) با وضعیت ارتباط پرستار- بیمار، مشاهده شد.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج، ارتباط پرستار- بیمار از دیدگاه بیماران نسبت به پرستاران در وضعیت بهتری قرار داشت، با این حال انجـام مداخـلات مدیریتـی و سـازمانی دقیـق و مهیـا نمـودن شـرایط لازم جهـت بهبـود رونـد ارتبـاط درمانـی توصیـه مـیشـود.
