زمینه و هدف: تروماهای دوران کودکی و سبکهای دلبستگی از عوامل موثر در گرایش زوجین به طلاق میباشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین الگوی معادلات ساختاری گرایش به طلاق با سبکهای دلبستگی و ترومای دوران کودکی با میانجیگری کمالگرایی انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. از بین زوجین متقاضی طلاق مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان کرمانشاه در نیمه اول سال 1403، تعداد 400 نفر (200 زوج) به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای سبک دلبستگی کولینز و رید (1990)، گرایش به طلاق قادرزاده و همکاران (1392)، کمالگرایی هیل و همکاران (2004) و ترومای دوران کودکی برنشتاین و همکاران (2003) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS-28 و SMARTPLS-3 انجام شد.
یافتهها: بین سبکهای دلبستگی، ترومای کودکی و کمالگرایی با گرایش به طلاق در زوجین، ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری دیده شد (0/01≥p). بعلاوه، کمالگرایی نقش میانجی را در میان تروماهای کودکی و سبکهای دلبستگی با گرایش به طلاق بر عهده داشت (0/01≥p).
نتیجهگیری: میتوان گفت که سبکهای دلبستگی ناایمن و تروماهای کودکی موجب افزایش گرایش به طلاق در زوجین می شود و کمالگرایی منفی این ارتباط را تشدید میکند. لذا، به کلیه رواندرمانگران توصیه میشود که با بهبود نگرش واقعبینانه به جای کمالگرایی منفی، زوجین را به استفاده از راهبردهای حل مسئله به جای فرار از مشکلات، تشویق کنند تا شاهد کاهش آسیبهای اجتماعی در کشور باشیم.
