زمینه و هدف: سبک زندگی سالم نقش مهمی در بهبود کیفیت زندگی و پیشگیری از بیماریهای مزمن در دوران سالمندی دارد. شناخت وضعیت سبک زندگی سالمندان و عوامل مرتبط با آن، گام مهمی در تدوین برنامههای ارتقاء سلامت این گروه سنی محسوب میشود. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین وضعیت سبک زندگی سالمندان شرق گیلان و ارتباط آن با ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی آنها بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی- توصیفی بخشی از یک پژوهش وسیعتر است که در سال 1403 روی 150 سالمند ساکن شرق استان گیلان شامل شهرستانهای آستانهاشرفیه، لاهیجان، لنگرود و رودسر انجام شد. نمونهگیری بهصورت در دسترس از میان سالمندان مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای تخصصی و فضاهای عمومی (پارکها، مراکز تفریحی و فرهنگی) صورت گرفت. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها شامل فرم ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی و پرسشنامه سبک زندگی سالم در سالمندان ایرانی بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری من-ویتنی و کروسکالوالیس و نرمافزار SPSS-20 انجام شد. سطح معناداری کمتر از 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که 63/3 درصد از سالمندان دارای سبک زندگی مطلوب بودند. بالاترین میانگین در میان ابعاد سبک زندگی به بُعد پیشگیری (8/35±63/86) و پایینترین میانگین به بُعد فعالیت جسمی، ورزش و تفریح (4/67±14/02) تعلق داشت. بررسی ارتباط سبک زندگی با متغیرهای جمعیتشناختی نشان داد که بین نمره سبک زندگی با سطح تحصیلات (0/003=p)، میزان درآمد (0/01=p) و وضعیت مسکن (0/026=p) ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها حاکی از وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوب سبک زندگی در میان سالمندان شرق گیلان بود، اما ضعف در بعد فعالیت بدنی نیازمند توجه و مداخلات ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در این حوزه میباشد. همچنین، این مطالعه نشان داد که سبک زندگی سالمندان علاوه بر شرایط فردی، تحت تأثیر عوامل اقتصادی و اجتماعی قرار دارد. بنابراین، ارتقای کیفیت زندگی در دوران سالمندی نیازمند سیاستگذاریهای سلامتمحور با در نظر گرفتن تفاوتهای جمعیتشناختی است که باید در طراحی برنامههای سلامتمحور مدنظر قرار گیرند.
