زمینه و هدف: شایستگی پرستاری از جمله عوامل کلیدی در ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت های بالینی و سلامت بیماران است. از سوی دیگر، مشاوره تحصیلی، می تواند در بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی و شایستگی حرفه ای دانشجویان، نقش موثری ایفا کند. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه مشاوره تحصیلی و شایستگی پرستاری در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی شهر اردبیل انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی روی 350 دانشجوی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سال 1403 انجام شد. نمونه ها با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه سه قسمتی ویژگی های دموگرافیگ، مشاوره تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری (سلیم و همکاران، 2023) و شایستگی پرستاری (هانگ و همکاران، 2022) بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-27 و آزمون های آماری تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشتر دانشجویان، وضعیت مشاوره تحصیلی (81/6%) و شایستگی پرستاری (68/9%) خود را در حد متوسط ارزیابی کردند. بین مشاوره تحصیلی و شایستگی پرستاری، همبستگی مثبت و معناداری مشاهده شد (0/41=,r0/001<p). همچنین، مشاوره تحصیلی به عنوان قوی ترین پیش بینی کننده شایستگی پرستاری شناسایی شد که 16 درصد از واریانس آن را تبیین میکرد.
نتیجه گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که بین مشاوره تحصیلی و شایستگی پرستاری دانشجویان پرستاری، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد؛ به‌طوری که دریافت مشاوره تحصیلی مطلوب می‌تواند به ارتقای شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای و مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان کمک کند. بر این اساس، تقویت ساختارهای مشاوره‌ای، افزایش کیفیت و در دسترس بودن خدمات مشاوره و ارائه برنامه‌های آموزشی هدفمند می‌تواند به بهبود عملکرد حرفه‌ای و آمادگی بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری منجر شود.
